You can type your letter during purchase, upload a PDF/JPG/PNG you already prepared, or reserve your Letter in Transit now and submit it privately within 10 days.
Your submission deadline is 10 days after purchase or 27 October 2026, whichever comes first.
If you begin typing online, the writing page saves a browser backup automatically. With the optional secure Journey backend connected, drafts also sync privately across devices and can be recovered from your email magic link.

Your letter is personal correspondence. Its contents are not published, shared publicly or used for marketing. Recipient contact and address details are used only as needed for preparation, fulfilment and delivery.
The digital writing experience is designed so a draft can be saved without creating a customer account. A private email link can bring the buyer back to the same Letter ID when the secure Journey backend is connected.
AFTER SINGAPORE
The journey ends. The letter starts coming home.
Once Singapore is reached, your Letter receives its final Journey Mark and signed Journey Card / Certificate. It is then posted from Singapore on 26 November 2026 to the delivery address supplied at checkout.
You receive a digital completion email and, where reasonably available, tracking information for its journey from Singapore to the recipient.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU SEND
Does my letter have to be ready when I purchase?
No. Type or upload it now, or reserve your place and submit it within 10 days, or by 27 October 2026, whichever comes first.
Can I write the letter on the website?
Yes. The writing page includes browser autosave, a visible save status and offline protection. A connected secure Journey backend adds cross-device sync and magic-link recovery.
Can I upload handwriting?
Yes. PDF, JPG and PNG are supported on the purchase and later-submission experiences.
Can the recipient be someone other than the buyer?
Yes. Shopify checkout collects the shipping recipient's first name, last name, phone number and the address where the completed Letter should arrive.
Will my letter be public?
No. Letter contents are private and should never be used as public project content.
Where is it mailed from?
Singapore on 26 November 2026, after the carried route is complete.
Is delivery included?
Yes. €120,00 includes worldwide return delivery, subject to destinations that can legally and practically be served. Tracking is provided where reasonably available.
What happens if I change my mind?
Cancellation and refund handling should follow the store's published policy and applicable consumer law. Personalized preparation and sealing can affect cancellation rights; statutory rights are not waived by this page.
