Having lived on four continents, I’ve become endlessly fascinated by how individual and distinct each place can feel, even within an increasingly connected world. That tension between global connection and local individuality has become a bottomless source of inspiration for me. Postcard No. 8 is my first participatory art project. The journey from Seoul to Singapore is not only a route, but an experiment: a living artwork shaped by distance, time, place, and the people who choose to become part of it. I don’t know exactly what it will become yet - and that is part of the point. I want to see what happens when a journey is not only observed and documented, but shared, carried, claimed, and transformed by others along the way.
